Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

For a Refund of Products Purchased from YUNEEC (ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY LABS), your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, in unopened Packaging. You must return the item within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Please use our online form to request a return and we will assign you an RMA # and provide instruction for return exchange or refund within return policy period. 

Please include original invoice and reason for all returns with RMA# provided.

Return Exceptions

Yuneec USA return will not be refunded if it has been determined to have any of the Vinyl Skin Pieces Removed or Peeled from the Original Backing Paper, and/or are Bent, Folded, Damaged, Adhered to a Surface & Removed, as Deemed after Our Inspection is considered a tampered product and will not be refunded or exchanged.  

Restocking Fee

All returned items for refund with no specific return reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee excluding delivery damaged or manufacture defectives, this will be deducted from your total order amount. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for the product back to Yuneec USA.  All shipping and handling will not be refunded. Yuneec USA will provide replacement or parts if your product is confirmed as manufacture defective after inspection, you may exchange or request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
